Adult caffeine ODF formulation brief
We can discuss a custom oral dissolving film based on the following customer-supplied formulation brief:
- Caffeine: 40 mg
- L-theanine: 40 mg
- Vitamin B12: 2.4 μg
These amounts describe the development brief, not a recommended serving. The per-film specification, serving instructions, ingredient suitability and destination-market requirements must be agreed before production.

Do you have the technology and facilities to manufacture oral dissolving films?
Yes. We have the technology and facilities to manufacture oral dissolving films (ODFs).
Can you develop a custom formulation?
Yes. We develop formulations to customer requirements and offer both OEM and ODM services.
What is the minimum order quantity per flavor?
The minimum order quantity is 2,000 boxes per flavor, with 30 films per box. This is equivalent to 60,000 films per flavor.
Can you develop samples, and how much do they cost?
Yes. Sample development costs US$200 per SKU. This fee can be credited toward a subsequent commercial order.
Can you support Halal certification and vegan formulations?
Our manufacturing facility holds Halal certification. We can also develop a vegan formulation on request. Please confirm the applicable certification scope and the requirements for your specific formulation and target market before placing an order.
Can you provide custom branded packaging?
Yes. We offer custom-printed branded packaging, including individual film sachets and retail cartons.
Can you assist with quality documentation and regulatory requirements for international markets?
Yes. We can assist with quality documentation and regulatory support for the intended destination market. Any associated fees are payable by the customer. The product's classification and the requirements for import and sale must be confirmed for that market; assistance does not guarantee regulatory approval or eligibility for sale as a dietary supplement.
What are the sample development and production lead times?
Sample preparation takes 7 working days. Commercial production takes 3 weeks after the formulation and packaging design have been confirmed.
